Private Automation Utility
Vault Bot is a private automation utility operated for a single authorized user. It is not a commercial service, marketplace, or payment platform. No login, database, analytics, advertising, contact forms, payment features, or user registration are provided.
What Vault Bot Does
Vault Bot monitors one authorized Gmail inbox for qualifying ABC Fine Wine & Spirits Vault invitation emails. When a qualifying email is found, it extracts the invitation link or key, attempts to add exactly one highest-priority available item to the user's cart, sends a status notification through Pushover, and stops.
No Guarantee of Availability or Success
Availability and successful cart addition are not guaranteed. Vault invitation windows, inventory, website changes, network conditions, and third-party service status are outside Vault Bot's control. The tool is provided as-is.
No Purchase, Checkout, or Payment
Vault Bot never performs checkout, payment, order submission, or any purchase. It only attempts to add a single item to the cart. The user remains solely responsible for reviewing the cart, completing checkout, and submitting payment.
User Responsibilities
The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials, tokens, and devices. Vault Bot does not expose email contents, credentials, tokens, logs, personal addresses, or server information.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated occasionally. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision.
