Overview

Vault Bot is a private, personal automation tool. This Privacy Policy describes how it handles information, with a focus on Google user data accessed through Gmail.

Google User Data

Google user data is used only to identify qualifying ABC Fine Wine & Spirits Vault invitation emails and complete the automation described on the homepage. Specifically, Vault Bot:

• Accesses the minimum email metadata and body content needed to recognize a qualifying Vault invitation.
• Extracts the invitation link or key contained in that email.
• Changes a message's unread status only after successful processing, to avoid duplicate handling.

Access is limited to the minimum needed email metadata/body content and changing message unread status only after successful processing.

No Sale, Sharing, or Advertising

Google user data is not sold, shared for advertising, or used for unrelated purposes. Vault Bot does not include advertising, analytics, marketing integrations, or third-party data brokers.

Data Retention

Only minimal operational data is retained as needed to perform the automation and confirm status. Sensitive email contents and credentials are not published, sold, or shared.

Revoking Access

Access can be revoked at any time through the user's Google Account permissions. Once revoked, Vault Bot can no longer read or interact with that Gmail inbox.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision.
